DVHAA Wings of Freedom Museum  Willow Grove, USA

The Delaware Valley Historic Aircraft Association is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation and display of the aviation history of the Delaware Valley. Members work year-round collecting and restoring vintage aircraft, artifacts and memorabilia. They have a top notch research facility, including thousands of books, technical documents, magazines, still and motion pictures, and other media. The DVHAA also contributes material to a variety of printed as well as electronic media outlets.

Access to our Wings of Freedom Museum is from the parking lot located a 1/4 mile south of the NAS JRB Willow Grove main gate on Route 611 in Horsham, PA. Admission is free and photography is encouraged. Group tours should be scheduled through the DVHAA Tour Director.

I visited this museum during our USA East Coast Tour in 2005. For me the real highlights of the museum are the F-14 Tomcat and the rare aircraft like the YF2Y-1 Seadart and the  strange looking F7U Cutlass.                                                (Click here for an inventory list)
