Tanágra - Static Display,  17/18 September 2005

When we read all the Hellenic aircraft parked inside and around the HAI hangar we walked back to the static display to take some more shots. This time we took some shots of the non-Hellenic Air Force aircraft.

The foreign air forces also brought some very nice highlights to the Archangel Airshow at Tanágra. Just name me one airshow where you can see, a Croatian PC-9 and An-32, a Serbian An-26, Romanian MiG-21s and a Moroccan C-130H. The real highlight among the foreign air forces was the Egyptian Air Force K-8E, which can be seen on the picture on the right.

Unlike the day before, the weather was very good, so lots of nice photo opportunities. The people were very kind during this day and sometimes we were even allowed to move things in front of the aircraft. Around four o'clock we caught the bus back to Inoi train station, and drove back to our hotel in Chalkída. Later that evening we ended with a very nice meal at a local restaurant and had some nice Ouzo's to celebrate this wonderful day.
